President's Message

TOGETHER WE THRIVE

I am humbled to be elected as your 9th President. As your leader for the next 2 years, my primary goal is to build upon the already strong foundation laid by my predecessors of the Malaysia Retail Chain Association.

We are small. But we are Cohesive, Collaborative and Dynamic, and Together We Will Thrive as the Association for Chain Retailers.

Our immediate challenge is to further strengthen the 4 pillars of retail - Brick and Mortar Retail Stores; Food & Beverage; Franchise Businesses; and E-Commerce.

It is my desire and promise to continuously deliver value to our members. My team and I are whole-heartedly committed to this and will strive to keep doing our utmost to ensure that our members remain foremost.

Thank you for your trust in us and in our union together as MRCA, we will soar to greater heights and deliver dynamic results in the Malaysian retail landscape.
