The MRCA Franchise Division is established as a platform for MRCA members involved in the franchising industry to connect, collaborate, and grow their businesses. The Division aims to promote knowledge sharing, professional development, networking, and best practices across the retail and F&B franchise sectors.
Through training programmes, industry engagement, mentorship, and networking opportunities, the Division supports franchise owners and entrepreneurs in strengthening their businesses, developing future-ready talent, and contributing to the growth of Malaysia’s franchise industry.
Objectives
- To build a platform for MRCA members involved in franchising to support business development and expansion.
- To organise training programmes, workshops, and networking events to enhance knowledge, skills, and operational capabilities.
- To promote professional development, business growth, and best practices in the retail and F&B franchise sectors.
- To connect experienced franchise leaders with emerging entrepreneurs through mentorship and guidance.
- To represent the interests of franchise members in discussions with government agencies, regulators, and business partners.
- To contribute to and support MRCA’s broader objectives and initiatives.
- To carry out other lawful activities that support the above objectives.
