Objectives

To form a body of young individuals from among the MRCA Members to assist and support each other in matters of business.
To arrange business networking and social events for the MRCA Youth to encourage and foster goodwill and understanding and instilling entrepreneurial interest among young individuals.
To equip youth entrepreneurship with knowledge of the right skills, information and training to expand and develop their businesses.
To promote and advance the personal and professional development of the MRCA Youth in the retail chain business and franchise industry.

Who Can Join?

Open to company representatives of active MRCA Members who are above 18 and below 40 with obtained written approval or consent letter from their respective member company. Two (2) representative from the same company is eligibale to join this division.
